| 4-Bidder possess Office in Karachi and having office staff. NOTE: 1) Criterion 01 to 04 are Mandatory requirements. 2) The successful bidder shall ensure prompt resolution of any issues or discrepancies pertaining to SSGC LPG's compliance requirements within twelve (12) hours of being notified. | |
| Note: 1. Payment will be made through cheque to the bidder against invoice after 100% completion of delivery and inspection by the companies authorized person. 2. No payment will be made as advance. 3. All requisite services/tests will be included and performed by Contractor as per standards and code. All tolls and fuel expenses will be in Contractor scope. 4. All the utilities will be in Contractor scope, i.e., water, compressed air, electricity, diesel etc. | |
| 5. Bidders are essentially required to quote on bid form. Rates quoted on other than bid form will not be entertained. 6. The quoted unit price and corresponding total amount shall be inclusive of all duties and taxes. 7.
