| The bidder must be a registered firm/company with valid NTN and, where applicable, GST registration. The bidder must have an annual turnover of at least Rs. 30 million in any one of the last three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 or 2025-26), supported by audited financial statements or a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The bidder must possess a valid Halal Certificate issued by an accredited/recognized certification body for the supply of drinking water. | |
| Drinking water shall be supplied in properly sealed, hygienic and food-grade containers, each having a capacity of 19 litres. Containers must be clean and free from damage or contamination. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation and delivery charges. No additional charges shall be entertained. | |
| The total estimated requirement is 200 bottles, to be supplied on a fortnightly basis or as and when required by SBP BSC Gujranwala during the contract period of approximately 45 days. The supplier shall ensure timely delivery at SBP BSC Gujranwala as per the schedule and quantities communicated by the office. | |
| The Bank reserves the right to reject any bottle/container found damaged, unsealed, contaminated or not meeting the prescribed quality standards. Such bottles shall be replaced by the supplier at no additional cost. Payment shall be made in instalments against the actual quantity of bottles supplied, inspected and duly verified by the authorized representative of the Bank. | |
| The procurement shall remain valid for approximately 45 days or until commencement of the regular drinking water supply contract, whichever is earlier. The Bank reserves the right to increase, decrease or discontinue the required quantity according to actual requirements and shall make payment only for the quantity actually supplied and accepted. | |
| The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable PPRA Rules, without assigning any reason, as permissible under the rules. | |
