The bidder must be registered with Cantonment Board Malir and possess a valid Trade Licence issued by Cantonment Board Malir
The bidder must submit a duly signed and stamped undertaking confirming that the supplied items shall conform to the required specifications and approved samples.
The bidder shall submit a duly signed and notarized undertaking on judicial stamp paper, declaring that the firm/company has not been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government or Public Sector Organization. The original undertaking must be physically submitted to the Cantonment Board Malir office.
