| One (1) site supervisor with a minimum qualification of BSc in Civil Engineering or BSc in Geological Engineering or MSc in Geology or equivalent, along with at least two (2) years of experience. Attach CV of the personnel | |
| Completed at least three (3) geotechnical investigation projects of similar nature within the last three (3) years, each with a value of at least Rs. two (2) million. Attach letter of awards/project completion certificates | |
| A letter from the Applicant’s bank confirming the existence of an active account in good standing during past three (03) Years. Attach bank account maintenance letter | |
| Provide details of any litigation or arbitration from contracts completed or ongoing in the last three (3) years if applicable. If no litigation, provide a statement of no litigation on firm letterhead. A recurring/extensive history of litigation against the Applicant may lead to the rejection of the application. | |
