Eligibility Criteria Document
Bidder must have experience of fulfilling at least 1 number such order of similar mechanical items for any public sector entity in last 1 year period calculated from closing date of this RFQ. Attach the proof like completion certificate or Purchase Order etc. the Procuring agency may verify the same
If the bidder decline the Letter of Award the procuring agency may initial legal action against him as per PPRA Rules including but not limited to black listing and the bidder will be considered as ineligible for future procurements. Attach the Under Taking of the same on your letter head duly signed
Bid validity will be considered as 30 days with effect from closing date of this RFQ. Prices will be fixed and no excuse of market rates fluctuation will be accepted. All the prevailing taxes of federal as well as provincial government will be applicable.
The DPU (Delivery at Place Unloaded) delivery should be made at the given address on supplier risk and cost.
The inspection committee will inspect the material and may reject whole or part of the consignment if found substandard/old or not as per required specifications. The cost of replacing such goods will be borne by the supplier
Liquidated Damages of 0.1% per day will be applicable up to 10% of total contract value in case of late delivery beyond the schedule time.
The contractor/supplier will provide warrantee of all goods for 365 days effective from successful acceptance of the goods.
