Eligibility: Registered on E-PADS, PPRA & FBR with valid NTN/STRN & on Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Provide SECP/business registration, CNIC & OEM authorization. Not blacklisted - affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper. Submit 6-month bank statement, 2% bid security, 1-2 similar CCTV/IT orders in last 3 years, 1-year warranty with service in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Upload all in Technical Envelope, else bid rejected.
Requirement: Supply 10 Nos 4MP IP CCTV Cameras with 16-Channel NVR, 4TB HDD, 16-Port PoE Switch, CAT-6 cabling & accessories. Complete installation, testing & commissioning at college. Delivery within 15 days after Work Order. 1-year warranty with free service. Rates inclusive of GST, transport & installation. Bidder must visit site before quoting.
Bidder must provide 1-Year Free after-sale service and will replace the faulty camera, NVR and HDD etc., within 48 hours.
