The Vendor/Firm will submit valid postal address with land line telephone number, Cell Number and E-mail address.
Any conditional, ambiguous or incomplete offer in any respect shall be rejected. No supplementary or revised offer after the opening of tender shall be entertained.
The Vendor/Firm should submit an undertaking with the bid, for the items of same specification quality/brand etc. on judicial paper that the price quoted is not more than the price charged from any other public sector hospital in Islamabad. In case of any discrepancy, the bidder will refund the excess amount or deducted from the outstanding bills/ CDR.
The Vendor/Firm blacklisted on PPRA Website is not eligible to participate in this tender process.
(xiii) Firm must have a minimum balance of Rs. 10 M as on 30-06-2026. A certificate from the concerned bank financial position of the firm is sound/Bank Statement.
In case successful bidder after award letter failed to supply quality product then FGH Administration reserve the right to cancel the award letter and contract will be awarded to next lowest bidder.
In case of disputes, the Medical Director, FGH is the final authority for further decision.
The Medical Director, FGH reserves the right to accept or reject any tender/all tenders. The Medical Director may suspend / cancel the tender process at any time.
The quoted rates in tender schedule will be final and no change therein will be accepted after the tender are opened.
It will be responsibility of suppliers to replace store/out of the stock received if found to be substandard or not giving the desired performance. However, for slow-consuming items, the authority may allow supply of some alternate approved item for equal amount paid for remaining stocks, if done before the pre-cited cutoffs of expiry dates.
The supplier whose items are approved as per sample will be supplied that item not other than that item.
The original Bid Security shall be enclosed within the sealed envelope and to be submitted physically before closing time for submission of bids. Whereas, scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded electronically through EPADS v2.0 before closing hours for submission of bids
The Bidder who failed to submit the original Bids security before the submission deadline shall be disqualified straightaway.
