All Active Taxpayers shall be eligible to participate in the procurement process, unless expressly excluded or otherwise restricted under the Eligibility Criteria specified by the Procuring Agency.

| Mode of Payment: 100% payment will be made after completion of works. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes. | |
| Bidders are advised to visit the site before submitting quotations. By submitting the quotations it is deemed that bidders are fully aware of site conditions and requirements. | |
| Contractors are bound to make good any damages rendered during the job at their own expense, and must bring the site to original condition and state of cleanliness after job completion. | |
| Contractor is responsible for the safety of his staff and employees of the Bank during working. | |
| Material must be of genuine origin as mentioned (where applicable). Bank reserves the right to demand and check purchase documentation of the contractor to verify genuineness of material. | |
| No price adjustment shall be made for any variation in the market prices, taxes, duties or change in wages or the Law. | |
| If any dispute arises between the parties (the firm & the Employer), the matter shall be referred to the Chief Manger who will examine the matter in detail and give the decision which will be final and binding upon the parties. | |
| The firm shall keep strictly confidential and not make use of any confidential information supplied by the Employer other than to perform this Contract, and shall impose the same obligations on its employees. | |
| Bank/ employer reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules. | |
| All applicable taxes/ levies etc. as per applicable laws shall be deducted at source from the payable amounts of the firm at the prevailing government rates at the time of payment. | |
| In case of any breach of any terms & conditions, SBP-BSC reserves right to take punitive action for which decision of the Chief Manger shall be conclusive. | |
