Bidder must have register office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Bidder are required to quote the items inclusive of all applicable taxes. Used & Refurbished items are not acceptable.
The bidders are required to survey market before quoting the items to avoid delay in delivery process. The procuring Agency will not accept other brand or items as equivalent than the quoting items by the firm due to non-availability in the market
Bidders are required to delivered the items with in required time Before 3 PM April 09,2026. Bidders have to confirm their willingness to deliver the items on specifying the mention timeline or before 3:00 PM, April 09, 2026 on their firms letter head.
