Eligibility Criteria Document
1. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes. 2. Bid must be un-conditional, incomplete and conditional bid will be rejected. 3. Mode of Payment: 100% after completion of work. 4. Bidders are advised to visit the site before submitting quotations. By submitting the quotations, it is deemed that bidders are fully aware of site conditions and requirements. 5. Sub-Contracting is not allowed under any circumstances. 6. Contractor is responsible for the safety of his staff.
7. The Employer shall reject any bid if the recommended bidder is found to have engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices, including bribery, collusion, or inducements during procurement. The Employer may also declare such a firm ineligible, temporarily or permanently, from participating in or executing contracts within its jurisdiction. 8. Contractors are obliged to dispose of waste and debris after approval of the Engineer In-charge.
9.Contractors are advised to make good any damages rendered during the job at their own expense, and must bring the site to original condition and state of cleanliness after job completion. 10.Bank reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules. 11.All applicable taxes levies etc shall be deducted at source from the firms payable amounts at the prevailing government rates at the time of payment. 12.In case of late completion a penalty of Rs. 5000 per day will be imposed.
The bidder must have successfully completed at least two (02) similar works during the last one (01) year, supported by relevant work orders and completion certificates or other verifiable documentary evidence.
This is to certify that the related work carried out on the equipment are covered under a six (06) months warranty from the date of completion of work.
