| The bidder must be a registered firm/company or an individual service provider legally eligible to undertake the proposed repair work. The bidder must possess relevant experience, technical expertise and qualified manpower for repair and maintenance of Diesel Generator Sets, including radiator leakage repair, control module repair and electrical wiring replacement. The bidder must possess a valid NTN and be registered with the relevant tax authorities, wherever applicable. | |
| The bidder must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government department, public sector organization or procuring agency. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, labour, materials, transportation, tools, installation and other incidental expenses. The contractor shall arrange all necessary tools, equipment, technical manpower and materials required to complete the assigned work. | |
| All materials and components used shall be of good quality and compatible with the respective DG Sets. The contractor shall execute the work strictly in accordance with the prescribed scope of work and complete it within the stipulated timeframe communicated by the procuring agency. The contractor shall ensure proper testing and satisfactory operation of all three DG Sets upon completion of the repair work. | |
| Any defect arising due to faulty workmanship or substandard material shall be rectified by the contractor at no additional cost. Payment shall be released after satisfactory completion, inspection and certification of the work by the concerned technical team, subject to applicable rules and procedures. | |
| The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules and SBP procurement regulations. All applicable provisions of PPRA Rules and SBP procurement regulations shall be observed throughout the procurement process. | |
