Eligibility Criteria Document
The Vendor/Firm who is or has been in litigation with FGH or any other Government Organization is not eligible to participate in this tender process.
Any conditional, ambiguous or incomplete offer in any respect shall be rejected. No supplementary or revised offer after the opening of tender shall be entertained.
The Vendor/Firm should submit an undertaking with the bid, for the items of same specification quality/brand etc. on judicial paper that the price quoted is not more than the price charged from any other public sector hospital in Islamabad. In case of any discrepancy, the bidder will refund the excess amount or deducted from the outstanding bills/ CDR.
Minimum Balance of Rs. 10 million must be available in bank account at 30th June 2026.
The Vendor/Firm blacklisted on PPRA Website is not eligible to participate in this tender process.
In case of disputes, the Medical Director, FGH is the final authority for further decision. The Medical Director, FGH reserves the right to accept or reject any tender/all tenders. The Medical Director may suspend / cancel the tender process at any time.
The quoted rates in tender schedule will be final and no change therein will be accepted after the tender are opened.
In case the firm is not registered with SECP, it must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the supply of diet items to Government Sector institutions.
In case the firm is registered with SECP, it must possess a minimum of five (05) years of experience in the supply of diet items to Government Sector institutions.
The earnest money against approved items will not be released till completion of tender i.e up to 30-06-2027, or till the finalization of such annual tender whichever is earlier. However such extension will be on the same term & conditions.
The original Bid Security shall be enclosed within the sealed envelope and to be submitted physically before closing time for submission of bids. Whereas, scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded electronically through EPADS v2.0 before closing hours for submission of bids.
The Bidder who failed to submit the original Bids security before the submission deadline shall be disqualified straightaway.
