| The bidder shall attach at least one (01) purchase order/work order issued by any verifiable organization for subject work. Failure to provide the required document shall render the quotation liable to rejection. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour, safety measures, transportation pickup and delivery and any other associated costs, including but not limited to replacement of valves and hosepipes, oiling and greasing of cylinders. | |
| The successful bidder shall not sublet or subcontract the awarded work, in whole or in part, to any other vendor. The vendor's designated point of contact/representative shall remain present at the premises throughout the execution of the work to coordinate and supervise the activities. The refilled gas/powder shall have a minimum validity/expiry period of one (01) year from the date of refilling. | |
| An expiry/validity sticker clearly indicating the expiry date shall be affixed to each fire extinguisher. The vendor shall provide a warranty certificate on its official letterhead, duly specifying the warranty period and covering the refilling services provided | |
