| 1. Completion Time: 15 Days from notification of award of work. | |
| 2. Quoted unit rates / prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes/ levies etc. and the same shall be deducted at source from the firm’s payable amounts at the prevailing government rates at the time of payment. | |
| 3. Validity of Bids from the opening date: 60 Days from the date of opening of quotations | |
| 4. Mode of Payment: 100% Payment will be made on completion of all works. | |
| 5. The Procuring Agency will reject a proposal for award if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for the contract in question like pooling, or giving bribery/ prizes or any sum of money etc. to the persons responsible or engaged in procurement or to other prospective bidders; or the procuring agency will declare a firm ineligible, either indefinitely or for a stated period of time | |
| 6. Sub-Contracting is not allowed under any circumstances | |
| 7. No Price Adjustment shall be made for any variation in the market prices, taxes/ duties or change in wages or the Law. | |
| 8. No advance payment shall be made by the Bank to the Contractor. | |
| 9. If any dispute arises between the parties (the firm & the procuring agency), the matter shall be referred to the Chief Manager who will examine the matter in detail and give the decision which will be final & binding upon the parties. | |
| 10. Bank reserves the right to demand and check purchase documentation of the contractor to verify genuineness of material. | |
| 11. The firm shall keep strictly confidential and not make use of any confidential information supplied by the procuring agency other than to perform this Contract, and shall impose the same obligations on its employees. | |
| 12. The Procuring Agency reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules. | |
| 13. Those firms who have failed to perform previously with SBP / SBP BSC are not eligible to bid. | |
| 14. In case of any breach of any terms & conditions, SBP-BSC reserves right to take punitive action for which decision of the Chief Manager shall be conclusive. | |
| 15. In case of late completion a penalty of Rs. 500/day will be imposed. | |
| 16. In case of non-completion of the work within 30 days from award of work, the work order will be cancelled. | |
| 17. The bidder shall clearly mention the offered brand, make, model, country of origin, and technical specifications of the quoted items. | |
| 18. Equivalent brands/models may be offered; however, the offered items must be fully compatible with the Diesel Engine Fire Fighting Pump (NAFFCO Model FD175H). Documentary evidence, catalogues, brochures, or datasheets shall be provided for technical evaluation. | |
| 19. Only genuine, new, unused, and original products shall be supplied. Used, refurbished, reconditioned, or counterfeit items shall not be accepted. | |
| 20. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason and as per applicable procurement regulations. | |
| 21. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting the required specifications and terms & conditions. | |
| 22. Further, Bids participated in selective items will be rejected. | |
