| 1. Preparation of monthly salary of officers, probationers and other staff of the Academy. 2. Calculation and preparation of income tax statements and related payroll tax information. 3. Automatic deduction of income tax from the salaries of employees. 4. Automatic updating/calculation of GP Fund, Group Insurance, Benevolent Fund and other regular deductions. 5. Preparation of annual income statements of officers, probationers and staff. | |

Monthly amendments and changes in salary, deductions, allowances, postings and other payroll-related particulars. 8. Maintenance of payroll information in a manner customized to the requirements and procedures of CSA. | |
| It has been observed that the bidder did not visit the Civil Services Academy (CSA) and did not inspect the work before submitting the bid. Despite the clear requirement mentioned in the eligibility criteria that bidders must visit the site and inspect the scope of work before quoting their rates, the bidder submitted the rates without conducting the required site visit. Therefore, as the mandatory site visit requirement was not fulfilled, the bidder is not being considered for the bid. | |
