Eligibility Criteria Document
1. The bidder must have a registered office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to ensure timely repair and replacement services. Documentary proof of the registered office shall be attached with the bid.
2. The bidder shall clearly specify the warranty period of 01 year applicable to each repaired or replaced item. The warranty shall cover defects in workmanship and replacement parts and shall commence from the date of successful completion of the repair/replacement work.
• The bidder shall submit quotations for all items specified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Partial bids shall be treated as non-responsive. • Optional quotations shall not be accepted. Only one complete quotation, strictly in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the RFQ, shall be submitted. • The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, transportation, labor, and any other incidental charges. No additional payment shall be admissible.
• In the event of replacement of any defective part, the removed faulty part shall be handed over to Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) at the time of replacement. • Upon completion of the repair or replacement work, the successful bidder shall submit a duly signed and stamped Work Completion Certificate/Field Service Report, duly verified by the concerned ZTBL representative.
