1) Original Quotation on letter head (with signature and stamp) (email to: store@asab.nust.edu.pk) 2) MUST MENTION AVAILABILITY OF STOCK (Import / Ready Stock) and CONFORM DELIVERY Time 3) Conditional / partial/ incomplete quotations shall not be accepted 4) Must meet the required specification for bid consideration 5) Quotation Validity must be 60 Days. 6) NUST is authorized to decrease/increase the quantity or reject any bid of above subject items or may cancel activity without any liability.
7) Sale Tax- Invoice should include GST/applicable taxes etc 8) Payment of Bill-Submit bill duly stamped for payment with GST & NTN 9) Please must mention serial number of delivered product in Delivery Challan and bill invoice.
