1. Clearly mention the brand name of the quoted items. 2. Mention the model/item number and detailed specifications where an equivalent product is being offered. 3. Provide a certificate confirming compliance with the prescribed specifications. 4. The firm must have successfully completed at least three relevant supply orders of furniture/outdoor furniture during the preceding one year, supported by documentary evidence.
5. Produce a valid distributor/authorized dealership certificate, where applicable. 6. Provide a minimum one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. 7. The bidder must have a proper business setup/outlet in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. 8. The bidder must be active on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and possess valid NTN/GST registration, as applicable. 9. Rates shall be quoted on a FOR basis.
