| 1.Rates should be inclusive of all taxes. 2.Mode of Payment: 100% after completion of work. 3.Contractors are advised to make good any damages rendered during the job. 4.Contractors are obliged to dispose of waste and debris. 5. Time for installation of door maximum three (03) days. In case of late completion, a penalty of Rs. 5,000 per day will be imposed. 6.Sub-Contracting is not allowed. 7.Bank/ employer reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules. | |
