| Relevant Experience: The bidder must have relevant work experience (At least two projects of construction/repair/renovation works amounting to a minimum of Rs. 500,000/- each) in the last 01 year. Work orders/completion certificates to be attached. | |
| Completion Time: 10 Calendar Days. Mode of Payment: 100% payment will be made after completion of job. Bidders are advised to visit the site before submitting quotations. By submitting the quotations it is deemed that bidders are fully aware of site conditions and requirements. | |
| Sub-Contracting is not allowed under any circumstances. Contractors are bound to make good any damages rendered during the job at their own expense, and must bring the site to original condition and state of cleanliness after job completion. | |
| Contractor is responsible for the safety of his staff and employees of the Bank during working. The contractor has to dispose off waste and debris after approval of the Engineer In-charge. Material must be of genuine origin as mentioned. Bank reserves the right to demand and check purchase documentation of the contractor to verify genuineness of material. | |
