| Sample of the part(s) must be provided in the office along with "Sample Delivery Challan" on letter head (Mandatory) before opening time of the quotation, so that the quotation may be finalized after satisfaction. In case, the bidder fails to provide the said undertaking along with Photo state Machine Part, then he should be treated as ineligible/disqualified. | |
| The bidder must provide undertaking on Letter Head (mandatory) in respect of originality of parts along with 15-days check warranty. In case the bidder fails to provide the said undertaking then he should be treated as ineligible. | |
| The required photo state machine parts must be Brand New & Original. Refurbished or compatible parts will not be accepted. | |
| Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable government duties & taxes in Pak Rupees. Rates must be quoted including all charges like installation, travelling & transportation of the items. No other charges except the quoted rates will be paid by the procuring agency/dept. The bidder must complete the quotation work within 01-days positively after the issuance of work order. | |
