| Samples. Before starting, the supplier shall get approval for a finished sample chair, a leatherette swatch and a veneer sample of the table top in the finished tone. Work shall proceed only to the approved samples. | |
| Prices. Rates shall be fixed and in Pakistani rupees, inclusive of all taxes, materials, labour, transport, fixing, making good and cleaning | |
| Validity. Quotations shall remain valid for 30 days from the deadline. | |
| The bidder shall be registered for sales tax and income tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both | |
| attach evidence of at least one similar job completed in the last two years (work order, completion certificate or photographs with the client's name). | |
| Completion. All work shall be completed within 20 days of the purchase order. The table will be refurbished on site; chairs may be taken to the supplier's workshop against a receipt and gate pass. | |
| Site conduct. Work will be done at hours agreed with the NFC, by staff carrying identity cards. The supplier shall protect floors, walls, the ceiling, furniture and equipment, including the microphone system and display screen, make good any damage at its own cost, and remove debris daily. | |
| Warranty. Twelve months against peeling, cracking, stitching failure, sagging foam and finish defects. Defects shall be put right within 7 days of notice. | |
