Eligibility Criteria Document
The Vendor/Firm should submit an undertaking with the bid, for the items of same specification quality/brand etc. on judicial paper that the price quoted is not more than the price charged from any other public sector hospital in Islamabad. In case of any discrepancy, the bidder will refund the excess amount or deducted from the outstanding bills/ CDR.
A certificate from the concerned bank financial position of the firm is sound/Bank Statement.
In case successful bidder after award letter failed to supply quality product then FGH Administration reserve the right to cancel the award letter and contract will be awarded to next lowest bidder.
The earnest money against approved items will not be released till termination of tender i.e up to 30-06-2027, which shall remain extendable by the Medical Director (FCH) till finalization or next such tenders. However such extension will be on the same term & conditions.
Undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted on PPRA or any other Authority. (Undertaking)

The supplier whose items are approved as per sample will be supplied that item not other than that item.
The Medical Director, FGH, Islamabad reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason under PPRA rule No.33
In case successful bidder after award letter failed to supply quality product then FGH Administration reserve the right to cancel the award letter and contract will be awarded to next lowest bidder.
The supply will be made only against supply order issued by this hospital.
The earnest money of the non-qualified firms will be returned on the request, within one month from the issuance of final letters of approvals.
The successful Bidder will be awarded contract after the submission of undertaking on judicial paper along with bid that he agrees to supply the items(s) regularly on approved rates for contract period.
The original Bid Security shall be enclosed within the sealed envelope and to be submitted physically before closing time for submission of bids. Whereas, scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded electronically through EPADS v2.0 before closing hours for submission of bids.
The Bidder who failed to submit the original Bids security before the submission deadline shall be disqualified straightaway.
