• Brand name and model must be mentioned by vendor against each item(s) where required failing which the bid / item (s) may be rejected. Manufacturing origin can only be accepted against items where there is no such brand requirement.
• Bidders are required to upload a file on letterhead at here (duly signed/stamped) by mentioning quoted model / brands, Unit rate, total Amount and grand total amount of items, failing which the bid may be rejected. In case of discrepancy found in price mentioned in the company letter head with that of mentioned over EPADS tab, CUI Lahore reserves the right to either accept the price quoted over EPADS tab or reject the offer.
• The supply of repackaged or expired chemicals is strictly prohibited. Only original, factory-sealed chemicals with a verifiable lot number and product identification (ID), where applicable, will be accepted. Suppliers/ bidders must ensure the traceability of originality for these chemicals with all respect. Upon receipt of the chemicals, the receiving department will conduct a thorough analysis to confirm authenticity and compliance with the provided documentation.
• If the chemicals are verified as genuine, the receiving department will cover the costs of analysis. However, if the chemicals are found to be non-compliant or fraudulent, the bidder or supplier will bear all associated costs. In the event of any fraudulent activity, including the supply of counterfeit or unauthorized products, the supplier's earnest money deposit will be forfeited as a penalty and blacklisting proceeding may also be initiated.
