| Suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the ATL list. Goods / Services should be of best quality and as per specifications. | |
| Samples where needed shall be provided by supplier free of cost. | |
| No advance payment will be made by the procuring agency. | |
| Quoted rates should be firm and final. | |
| No conditional quotations will be accepted. | |
| Suppliers are required to mention the brand name/specification of each item quoted otherwise quotation shall be considered as non-responsive. | |
| Quoted prices must include all fees, including but not limited to transportation costs. | |
| Rates should be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes. | |
| All items must be delivered to the Logistics Section at Hyderabad Airport. | |
| All Goods / Services received from the successful bidder are subject to testing after delivery. | |
| Successful bidder must deliver Goods / Services after issuance of Purchase Order as per timeline stipulated on E-PADS. | |
| Successful bidder must raise the bill within 10 working days after delivery. | |
| Payment will be made within 30 days after receiving the bill from the supplier. | |
| In case of failed delivery after issuance of a purchase order, the successful bidder shall be subject to punitive actions as per PPRA Rules. | |
| The procuring agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time before the submission deadline. Any changes will be communicated to all potential bidders. | |
| The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all quotations due to cogent reasons. | |
| Prospective suppliers should treat all information received in connection with this RFQ as confidential and must not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent from the procuring agency. | |
