| a) The audit firm must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with satisfactory QCR rating. b) The firm must have relevant experience in auditing three (3) entities for Provident and/or Gratuity Funds. c) The bidder must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). d) The successful bidder will be required to have a valid vendor number issued by the Accountant General of Pakistan Revenues (AGPR), Islamabad. | |
| a) The quotation must reach the undersigned by 12:00 noon on 02 November 2026. b) The quotation shall remain valid for at least forty (40) days from the submission deadline. c) The quoted price must clearly identify the total amount inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, charges and out-of-pocket expenses. The prices shall be quoted in both words and figures. d) Conditional quotations shall not be accepted. e) Any clarification may be sought from undersigned before submission deadline. | |
| Financial evaluation shall be carried out on the total bid value for all three financial years, inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, charges and out-of-pocket expenses. The Purchase Order/Contract shall be awarded on the least cost basis. | |
