Eligibility Criteria Document
Items to be provided as per best quality available. Bidder should have past experience of supplying gardening related materials (at least 01 job of supply works amounting to Rs.300,000/- in the past 2 years. Work Orders, Completion Certificates to be attached). Vendor should visit office to cross verify specification / type of Items for services.
Completion Time: 02 Working Days. Mode of Payment: 100% payment will be made after completion of job. Bidders are advised to visit the site before submitting quotations. By submitting the quotations it is deemed that bidders are fully aware of site conditions and requirements. Sub-Contracting is not allowed under any circumstances.
Contractors are bound to make good any damages rendered during the job at their own expense, and must bring the site to original condition and state of cleanliness after job completion. Contractor is responsible for the safety of his staff and employees of the Bank during working. The contractor has to dispose off waste and debris after approval of the Engineer In-charge. Material must be of genuine origin as mentioned.
Bank reserves the right to demand and check purchase documentation of the contractor to verify genuineness of material. No advance payment shall be made by the Bank to the Contractor. If any dispute arises between the parties (the firm & the Employer), the matter shall be referred to the Chief Manger who will examine the matter in detail and give the decision which will be final and binding upon the parties.
The firm shall keep strictly confidential and not make use of any confidential information supplied by the Employer other than to perform this Contract, and shall impose the same obligations on its employees. Bank/ employer reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules. All applicable taxes/ levies etc. as per applicable laws shall be deducted at source from the payable amounts of the firm at the prevailing government rates at the time of payment.
Those firms who have failed to perform previously with SBP / SBP BSC are not eligible to bid. In case of any breach of any terms & conditions, SBP-BSC reserves right to take punitive action for which decision of the Chief Manger shall be conclusive. Items to be provided as per best quality available.
