| Procurement of 116 bottles of drinking water (19 litres each) for delivery at SBP BSC Gujranwala. The offered drinking water shall be Aquafina, Nestlé Pure Life, or equivalent nationally recognized brand having an established market presence in Pakistan. The bidder must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration certificates. | |
| The bidder/manufacturer/authorized distributor must have achieved an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 30 million during any one of the last three financial years up to FY 2025-26. Documentary evidence in the form of audited financial statements, audited accounts, income tax returns, or other verifiable financial records shall be submitted with the bid. Failure to provide the required evidence shall render the bid non-responsive. | |
| Water shall be supplied in sealed, hygienic, food-grade 19-litre bottles, free from leakage, contamination, or physical damage. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, loading/unloading, and any other incidental charges. Delivery shall be made at SBP BSC Gujranwala within one (01) working day of issuance of the Purchase Order. The supplier shall replace any defective, damaged, or substandard bottles at no additional cost to SBP BSC. | |
| Payment shall be made after satisfactory delivery of the goods and submission of the invoice, in accordance with SBP rules and procedures. Incomplete bids or bids not accompanied by the required documentary evidence shall be considered non-responsive. Bid validity shall remain valid for 30 days from the closing date of bid submission. SBP BSC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/quotations in accordance with the applicable procurement rules and regulations. | |
| The offered brand must possess a valid Halal Certificate issued by a recognized certification body. Documentary evidence shall be provided with the bid. | |
