| The Bidder must have fully functional offices in Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar. As documentary evidence, the Bidder shall submit, for each of the three offices, the complete office address with contact details, proof of ownership (registered title deed) or a valid registered rental/lease agreement in the Bidder’s name. | |
