| ii. NTN & Active Taxpayer Status: Valid NTN and FBR Active Taxpayer status must attached. | |
| iii. Completed Assignments: The firm/company must attached successfully completed projects during the last 02 years regarding Supply/Repair Maintenance of furniture/ polishing/upholstery/finishing assignments. Atleast five (5) relevant work orders attached. | |
| iv. Adequate Technical Capability & Skilled Manpower: The firm/company must attached a list of at least 10 skilled employees, including each employee’s name, CNIC number, and designation, along with the bid. | |
| v. Minimum 02-Year Workmanship Warranty: The firm//company must provide and attached a minimum 02-year warranty covering polishing, upholstery and finishing work against defects attributable to workmanship/material quality. | |
| vi. Completion Time: The firm/company shall complete the assigned work within 05 working days, after issuance of award of LOA (If most advantageous). An undertaking/commitment on the firm's official letterhead must attached. | |
