01- Only NHMP pre-qualified firms are entertained along with sample. 02- Delivery of items will be required at DIG office N5 Central-NHMP Complex Babu Sabu Lahore and accepted only if approved by the inspection committee. 03-If items are not delivered with in stipulated time, late payment charges may also be imposed 0.2 percent per week and up to the 20 percent of total purchased items
04- In case of no delivery, the items may be purchased at risk and cost of the supplier and legal action will also be initiate
