| The bidder shall attach at least one (01) purchase order/work order for the refilling of fire extinguishers issued by any verifiable organization. Failure to provide the required document shall render the quotation liable to rejection. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, labour, safety measures, transportation, and any other associated costs, including the collection of fire extinguishers from and their delivery back to the SBP BSC Hyderabad Office. | |
| The refilled gas/powder shall have a minimum validity/expiry period of one (01) year from the date of refilling. 4. An expiry/validity sticker indicating the expiry date shall be affixed to each fire extinguisher. 5. The vendor shall provide a warranty certificate on its official letterhead, duly specifying the warranty period and covering the refilling service provided. | |
