Testing and Inspection Technician: A technically qualified person with practical experience in electrical testing, measurements, and safe inspection procedures. DAE with 5 Years of Experience | |
| Copies of work orders, contracts, completion certificates, or satisfactory performance certificates for: a. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in electrical engineering, electrical inspection, installation assessment, testing, or audit services. b. successful completion of at least two (2) similar electrical Installation or audit assignments during the last five (5) years. Preference may be given to bidders with exp in multi-story buildings | |
| Submission of technical methodology describing the proposed inspection procedures, testing methods, safety arrangements, reporting format, and expected completion schedule which shall address the applicable scope, including distribution boards, switchgear and breakers, busbar connections, cable installations, earthing systems, thermal hot spots, load measurements, phase balancing, and identification of electrical hazards. | |
| Declaration on Stamp paper attested by Notary public a. confirming that it is not currently blacklisted or debarred by the procuring agency or any other authority whose debarment is applicable to the procurement. b. disclosing any relevant conflict of interest and provide declarations regarding the authenticity of submitted information. | |
