Eligibility Criteria Document
1. The bidder must have a registered office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi to ensure timely repair and replacement services. Documentary proof of the registered office shall be attach.
• The bidder shall submit quotations for all items specified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Partial bids shall be treated as non-responsive. • Optional quotations shall not be accepted. Only one complete quotation, strictly in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the RFQ, shall be submitted. • The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, transportation, labor, and any other incidental charges. No additional payment shall be admissib
• In the event of replacement of any defective part, the removed faulty part shall be handed over to Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) at the time of replacement. • Upon completion of the repair or replacement work, the successful bidder shall submit a duly signed and stamped Work Completion Certificate/Field Service Report, duly verified by the concerned ZTBL representative.
• Optional quotations shall not be accepted. Copy paste not allowed. The bidder shall clearly specify the warranty period should not be less than one year to each quoted item in technical specifications. Without quoting warranty in technical specification lead to technically non-compliant of quoted item. The warranty shall start from the date of delivery and acceptance by ZTBL. The bidder shall replace any defective item at no additional cost to ZTBL during the warranty period.
