Eligibility Criteria Document
1. Name Plates strictly in accordance with the approved specifications and brand shall be accepted.
2. Bidders only from Rawalpindi/Islamabad shall be qualified. The business address would be visited.
Samples of the required items shall be sought from the vendor, for verification and evaluation purposes. The lowest qualified bidder will provide the sample of required Name Plates in Hard & Soft Form for approval before the acceptance of LOA. After approval of end user, the LOA will be issued. The selection of the most advantageous bidder shall be made on the basis of the evaluation of the submitted samples. for any query contact on 0345-6979567
4. The CUI reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities, as per applicable rules and requirements. The CUI shall not bear any cost whatsoever relating to the manufacture, transportation, delivery, or any other expense associated with the submission of samples.(Where samples are required). In case of any dispute arising in connection with the matter, the decision of the Rector/In-Charge Campus, CUI, shall be considered final and binding.
5. The procurement method/mode is on a lot basis; however, the participating bidder should be required to provide an item-wise price breakup (Quotation on letter head) in PKR for each quoted item at the time of uploading. And it is mandatory.
6. The participating bidder shall provide/attach separate and valid proof/documents of FBR GSTN (GST Registration Number) and FBR NTN (National Tax Number), along with their updated status/position separately. In case of non-compliance, failure to provide the required documents, or submission of invalid/outdated information, the bidder shall be declared Non-Responsive/Disqualified.
