Kindly provide the quotation/specifications in PDF format on your company’s official letterhead, duly signed and stamped.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS : 1. The procurement process shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules.2. Bidders shall submit their quotations through E-PADS (https://www.epads.gov.pk).3. Quotations shall remain valid for 40 days from the last date of submission.4. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities according to budget availability and actual requirements.
5. Bidders shall provide valid proof of registration with the relevant tax authorities, including Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status and sales tax registration, where applicable. 6. Incomplete or conditional quotations shall be rejected. 7. Quotations must include complete item specifications, unit rates, total prices, and applicable taxes; otherwise, they may be rejected. 8. Quotations not complying with the prescribed specifications and terms and conditions shall be rejected.
9. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, at any time prior to acceptance, in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules. 10. Substandard, defective, or damaged items shall be rejected and replaced by the supplier at no additional cost. 11. The supplier shall be responsible for transportation, loading, unloading, installation, and all associated costs, where applicable.
12. All items shall be brand new, unused, and supplied in accordance with the approved specifications and sample, where applicable. 13. The supplier shall provide a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for applicable furniture items. 14. Payment shall be processed after satisfactory inspection, verification, and acceptance of the supplied items, subject to applicable rules and procedures.
15. If the scheduled opening date is declared a public holiday, the quotations shall be opened on the next working day at the same time, subject to applicable procurement rules. 16. The quoted rates shall include all applicable taxes and other charges. No additional payment shall be admissible except as permitted under the contract and applicable rules. 17.
