| Above prices shall be inclusive of all applicable government taxes, duties, transportation and installation at NDMA Headquarters’ Islamabad | |
| All items must strictly conform to the specifications. Only brand new, original products with manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee shall be accepted. Refurbished, used, or gray-market products will be out rightly rejected. | |
| After successful delivery firm shall submit delivery challan alongwith digital invoice within 7 days. | |
| The supplier shall provide comprehensive after-sales service and technical support for a period of one (01) year from the date of successful completion, at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad, at no additional cost. | |
| In the event of unsatisfactory performance, including but not limited to inferior quality, incomplete quantity, or delay in delivery, NDMA reserves the right to reject the supplied items, withhold payments until rectification, impose penalties, forfeit performance security, blacklist the supplier from future procurements. | |
| In case of delay beyond the stipulated delivery period, a penalty of 0.2% of the total cost per day shall be levied on the delayed portion of the supply. | |
| The supplier shall ensure installation and commissioning of the PC in NDMA HQ, Islamabad. | |
