| The bidder must have a valid PEC license in category C-6 or above, sub-code CE-10 and EE-11. The certificate/license must be valid upto June, 2027. | |
| The bidder must have its registered office with in municipal limits of Lahore. attach proof/documentary evidence. | |
| The bidder must attach an affidavit on company letter head to abide by the specifications and delivery schedule mentioned in RFQ. | |
