Bidders are required to upload a file on letterhead at here (duly signed/stamped) by mentioning quoted model / brands, Unit rate, total Amount and grand total amount of items, failing which the bid may be rejected. In case of discrepancy found in grand total amount mentioned in the company letter head with that of mentioned over EPADS tab, CUI Lahore reserves the right to either accept the price quoted over EPADS tab or reject the offer.
CUI-Lahore Campus will retain 5% of the total value of Warranty Items where warranty is required in our BoQs. The retention money will be released after the warranty period (mentioned in BoQs) subject to a satisfactory report by the end user. The warranty period will be counted from the date of delivery/supply or installation (as the case may be).
