Eligibility Criteria Document
1.Only items strictly in accordance with the approved specifications and brand shall be accepted. 2.Bidders only from Rawalpindi/Islamabad shall be qualified. The business address would be visited.5. The procurement method/mode is on a lot basis; however, the participating bidder should be required to provide an item-wise price breakup (Quotation on letter head) in PKR for each quoted item at the time of uploading. And it is mandatory.
6.The participating bidder shall provide/attach separate and valid proof/documents of FBR GSTN (GST Registration Number) and FBR NTN (National Tax Number), along with their updated status/position separately. In case of non-compliance, failure to provide the required documents, or submission of invalid/outdated information, the bidder shall be declared Non-Responsive/Disqualified.
7.Attach a certificate that in case of successful bidder and refusal to accept the LOA OR after acceptance, refusal to take up the job/delivery of items, I am in consent that CUI would impose BAN from business with my firm for a period of ONE YEAR effective immediate. 8.The bidder must attach a valid FBR ATL/NTN certificate for the current month; otherwise, the bid shall be disqualified.
