| The bidder must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and comply with applicable tax registration requirements. The bidder must be legally authorized and competent to supply LPG and undertake LPG cylinder refilling in accordance with applicable laws and safety requirements. he bidder must not be blacklisted or debarred by the competent authority or any relevant procuring agency, in accordance with applicable procurement rules. | |
| The bidder must have the necessary facilities, equipment and competent personnel to carry out LPG refilling safely and shall provide business details, contact information and supporting documents as required by the Bank. Scope of Work: The procurement involves refilling three (03) existing 10 kg blast-proof fibre LPG cylinders with a total of 24 kg of LPG, up to 8 kg per cylinder, for routine office use, including tea making, at SBP BSC Gujranwala. | |
| Specifications and Quality: The LPG supplied shall be of good commercial quality and suitable for the intended use. Refilling shall be carried out safely by competent personnel, ensuring that the permitted cylinder capacity is not exceeded and that the cylinders are returned in safe, leak-free condition. | |
| Quoted Rates: The bidder shall quote its rate per kilogram in Pakistani Rupees. The quoted rate shall include all applicable taxes, refilling charges, transportation and other incidental expenses, as applicable. Delivery: The successful bidder shall complete the refilling and return the cylinders to the location specified by the Bank within the period communicated in the purchase order. | |
| Inspection and Acceptance: The Bank reserves the right to verify the quantity and quality of LPG supplied and inspect the cylinders upon delivery. Any deficiency or non-compliance shall be rectified by the supplier at its own cost. No Advance Payment: No advance payment shall be made to the supplier. Payment shall be processed only after satisfactory completion of the work, verification and acceptance by the Bank, and submission of a valid invoice and other required supporting documents. | |
| Taxes: Applicable withholding taxes shall be deducted in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations. Safety and Liability: The supplier shall be responsible for safe handling and refilling of the cylinders and for any damage caused by its negligence during the execution of the work. No Change in Scope: The supplier shall not make any change to the approved quantity, specifications or scope of work without prior authorization from the Bank. | |
| Rejection and Cancellation: The Bank reserves the right to reject non-compliant bids or cancel the procurement in accordance with applicable procurement rules and prescribed procedures. Integrity and Fair Competition: The bidder shall not engage in fraudulent, corrupt, collusive or other prohibited practices. Any such conduct shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable rules. | |
