Eligibility Criteria Document
1.Rates should be inclusive of all taxes. 2.Bid must be un-conditional, incomplete and conditional bid will be rejected. 3.Mode of Payment: 100% after completion of work. 4.Bidders are advised to visit the site before submitting quotations. By submitting the quotations, it is deemed that bidders are fully aware of site conditions and requirements. 5.Sub-Contracting is not allowed under any circumstances. 6.Contractor is responsible for the safety of his staff.
7.The Employer shall reject any bid involving corrupt or fraudulent practices, including collusion, bribery, or improper inducements during procurement. Any firm found engaging in such practices in bidding or contract execution may be declared ineligible for future contracts, either temporarily or permanently. 8.Contractors are advised to make good any damages rendered during the job at their own expense, and must bring the site to original condition and state of cleanliness after job completion
9. Contractors are obliged to dispose of waste and debris after approval of the Engineer In-charge. 10. Bank/ employer reserve the right to reject any or all of the bids as per PPRA rules. 11. All applicable taxes levies etc shall be deducted at source from the firms payable amounts at the prevailing government rates at the time of payment. 12. In case of late completion a penalty of Rs. 5000 per day will be imposed.
The bidder must have successfully carried out at least one (02) similar repairing/servicing works within the last one (01) year. The bidder shall submit copies of minimum two (02) relevant Work Orders/Purchase Orders along with Completion Certificates, where applicable, as documentary evidence. Failure to provide the required documentary evidence shall render the bidder ineligible and the bid shall be rejected.
