Terms & Conditions: 1- Consignment Will at WAPDA Hospital Mangla be delivered free of cost by vendor. 2- Consignment will be delivered with in 7 days after issuance of official Purchase / Work Order. 3- Items will be inspected by Hospital Inspection Committee if items have not proper specification as uploaded on Epads-V2 no payment will be made to vendor for said supply. 4- All Government applicable Taxes ( GST, WHT, Education cess, Professional Tax etc.) will be deducted from the vendo
5- Payment will be made within 4 weeks after receiving consignment and complete billing documents from vendor.6- Required documents for payment ( Invoice in Triplicate, Delivery Challan duplicate, Inspection report, GRN, Non Payment Certificate, Warranty Certificate, Quality Assurance Certificate, Undertaking for Shelf Life, Copy of NTN Active Tax Payer, Copy of GSTN Active Tax Payer in case of GST, Copy of Professional Tax, Copy of Goods Declaration in case of Importer for Tax Exemption.
Copy of Computerized Payment Receipt CPR in case of Importer for Tax Exemption, Undertaking for Tax Deduction submit by concern supplier in case of Non Deduction of Income Tax, Bank Account Details, Admn & Technical Approval, Copy of Rate Agreement and Purchase Order.
