Brand name and model must be mentioned by vendor against each item(s) where required failing which the bid / item (s) may be rejected. Manufacturing origin can only be accepted against items where there is no such brand requirement.
Bidders are required to upload a file on letterhead at here (duly signed/stamped) by mentioning quoted model / brands, Unit rate, total Amount and grand total amount of items, failing which the bid may be rejected. In case of discrepancy found in grand total amount mentioned in the company letter head with that of mentioned over EPADS tab, CUI Lahore reserves the right to either accept the price quoted over EPADS tab or reject the offer.
Bidders are required to visit the CUI-Lahore Campus and physically inspect the samples of all items before submitting their bids to ensure a clear understanding of the required quality, specifications, design, and workmanship.
