All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees. 3. Quoted prices must include all fees, including but not limited to transportation costs. 4. Rates should be inclusive of all applicable federal and provincial taxes. | |
| 5. Delivery must be made to the Logistics JIAP office established at Level-6 and Level-0 at the main terminal building of Jinnah International Airport. 6. Contractors must provide the make model and detailed specifications of the offered product. Failure to provide complete product information will result in outright rejection of the offer. 7. Quotations should remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date of submission. | |
| 8. Professional tax certificate issued by the provincial authority must be attached to the quotation. 9. Contractors must have an established office in Karachi for handling petty purchase and RFQ cases. 10. In case of failed delivery after issuance of a purchase order, the contractor shall be disqualified from participating in upcoming petty purchase/RFQ cases due to non-compliance. 11. Quotations shall be evaluated based on quality price and delivery time offered by the firms. | |
