Eligibility Criteria Document
a) Bidder(s) must be registered with Income & sales Tax Departments and have ATL status, (Provide Tax Registration Certificate along with ATL Status).
b) Bidder(s) shall be an OEM/an authorized Partner/Distributor/Reseller of the offered tablet manufacturer. (Certificate/ required credential to be submitted)
c) The offered tablet shall carry a minimum one (1) year OEM manufacturer's warranty. The offered tablet shall be Brand new, Unused, Current production model, Not End-of-Life (EOL), Not End-of-Support (EOS). (This Undertaking/declaration to be provided on bidder’s letterhead).
d) Bidder shall have warranty and support service centre in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad (Required credentials and undertaking to be submitted)
e) Bidder shall submit duly signed and stamped the Manufacturer’s published datasheet or official product specifications for the exact configuration offered, together with an item-by-item compliance statement as indicated in Specification Section of EPADS.
