| The Bidder shall submit a certificate-cum-undertaking confirming that it is engaged in the supply of IT equipment, computer hardware, or storage devices, and that the offered hard disk drives are brand-new, genuine, unused, not refurbished, and compatible with the relevant NAS device. | |
| The offered hard disk drives must be covered by the manufacturer's applicable warranty, commencing from the date of delivery/acceptance, in accordance with the quotation specifications. (Required Attachments: Signed and stamped warranty undertaking on company letterhead/manufacturer’s warranty certificate) | |
| The bidder must not be blacklisted, debarred, or suspended by PPRA, any Federal/Provincial Government department, public sector organization, or other competent procurement authority under applicable procurement rules.
