Attendance of the visiting bidders shall be duly recorded by CUI-Lahore Campus as evidence of the mandatory sample inspection. Any bidder who submits/quotes rates without visiting the Campus and inspecting the required samples shall be declared ineligible. | |
| Bidders are required to upload a file on letterhead at here (duly signed/stamped) by mentioning quoted model / brands, Unit rate, total Amount and grand total amount of items, failing which the bid may be rejected. In case of discrepancy found in grand total amount mentioned in the company letter head with that of mentioned over EPADS tab, CUI Lahore reserves the right to either accept the price quoted over EPADS tab or reject the offer. | |
