The bidder must have its registered office with in municipal limits of Lahore. attach proof/documentary evidence.
The bidder has a valid PEC license in category C-6 or above valid up to 30.06.2027 or attach renewal fee submitted to PEC
All the material, color, paneling, curtains etc shall be approved by the client. The client shall not bear any responsibility of any such procurement made by the successful bidder with prior approval of the client.
The bidder must attach an affidavit on company letter head to abide by the specifications and delivery/completion schedule mentioned in RFQ.
The bidder must attach an affidavit on its letter head that subsequent to issuance of letter of intent (LOI), non-acceptance within the stipulated time or failure to deliver the required material shall be treated as a bidder/supplier/contractor default and shall be proceeded as per PPRA rules.
The Employer prior to issuance of Letter of Intent may cancel the bid without assigning any reason.
The Bidder/Supplier/Contractor shall be liable to LD @ 1% of the Contract/work order/LOI price per day for any subsequent delay beyond delivery schedule, up to maximum of 7 days delay. Any subsequent delay beyond 7 days shall be treated as Bidder/Supplier/Contractor default and shall be proceeded accordingly. Attach compliance/acceptance document
