Following mandatory proofs in shape of valid documents (i.e. authentication letters or undertaking on firms letter head or stamp paper) should be attached with the link or links provided at EPADS PORTAL relevant places duly signed & stamped by authorized person in support of firms bid (i) FBR ATL List valid proof fresh online authentication or undertaking on firms letter head or stamp paper (ii) Professional experience in the relevant field or areas of measurements, calibration, testing
(iii) Not black listed anywhere nationally or internationally as per PPRA Rules (iv) contracts or orders received in the past indicating the relevant business work activity i.e. Firms having name in FBR NTL List registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments of Government of Pakistan and not black listed anywhere, sound credibility and professional experience in the relevant field are eligible, (v) In case of sole agent, certificates may be attached.
(vi) Experience certificates in relevant category may be attached (vii) Bidder should have a valid NTN / STN registration, sound expertise and experience in the relevant field, (viii) if selected, the selected firm will be bound to ensure quality, safety & quantity of LoI / LoA services or items or goods being purchased as per work scope. (ix) In case of final selection, services or items or goods should be provided at NMIP, Plot No. 16, Sector H-9 Islamabad.
(x) After completion of required services or items delivery, the Bills for payments should be accompanied with sales tax invoice mentioning complete details of goods supplied or details of work done along with Firms Bank Account Number, IBAN Number, NTN Number, GST STRN Number, AGPR Vendor number etc. (xi) General Sale Tax and Income Tax will be deducted from bills by the Accounts Section of NMIP, as per prevailing Government rules.
